What These Bonus Terms Cover

These bonus terms apply to every welcome offer, deposit bonus, bonus spins promotion, cashback award and loyalty reward credited to your account with us. They form part of our general Terms and Conditions, and by claiming or using a bonus you accept them.

Each promotion also carries its own details: the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the games it can be used on and the period in which it must be used. Those details are shown with the promotion and in the bonus section of your account. Where a detail shown with an offer differs from this page, the detail shown with the offer applies to that offer.

We hold a gaming licence and are required to confirm the identity and age of every account holder. Bonus funds, and winnings produced by them, can only be paid out once your account has passed our verification checks.

Claiming a Bonus and Who Is Eligible

Some bonuses are credited automatically and others need you to opt in. The steps are the same in both cases.

1. Log in to your account and open the promotions page or the cashier.
2. Go through the full details of the offer, including the wagering requirement, the eligible games and the time you have to use it.
3. Opt in, or enter the promotional code where one is shown, before you deposit.
4. Make a qualifying deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
5. Check the bonus section of your account to confirm the bonus has been credited and to follow your progress.

To take part in a promotion you must meet all of the following conditions.

• You are 18 or over, the account is registered in your own name and your personal details are accurate and up to date.
• Your account is open and not restricted, and you are using it from a country where we accept players.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time, unless the promotion says otherwise.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per person, household, address, payment method, device and IP address.
• Deposits made with payment methods that are excluded from promotions do not qualify; the excluded methods are listed in the cashier.
• No time-out or self-exclusion is in place on your account, and you have not previously had bonus funds removed for breaching these terms.

Wagering Requirements, Game Weighting and Maximum Stakes

A wagering requirement is the amount you need to stake before bonus funds, or winnings from bonus funds, can be withdrawn as cash. It is expressed as a multiple of the bonus, or of the bonus and the qualifying deposit together, and is always published with the promotion.

How progress is counted

Progress is calculated on settled bets only. Bets that are cancelled, voided or refunded do not count, and stakes placed with cash do not count towards a bonus requirement unless the promotion says they do. Where your balance holds both cash and bonus funds, the order in which they are used is set out in the cashier.

Game weighting

Games contribute to wagering at different rates because they carry different house edges. Slots usually contribute in full, while table games, live dealer games and video poker contribute at a lower rate or not at all, and some games are excluded from bonus play altogether. The weighting that applies is published with each offer.

Stake and bet restrictions

While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies, together with limits on certain bet types. Staking above that maximum, or using a betting pattern designed to lock in a return rather than play the game, may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed. The maximum that applies to an offer is shown on the promotion page.

Bonus Spins, Expiry and Withdrawals

Bonus spins

Bonus spins are credited on the game or games named in the promotion and are played at a fixed stake value set by us, which cannot be changed. Winnings from bonus spins are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement shown with the offer, unless that offer states they are paid as cash.

Expiry

Every bonus has a period in which it must be claimed, used and wagered. Once that period passes, the unused bonus and any winnings still attached to it are removed from your balance, and unused bonus spins expire in the same way. We do not reinstate expired bonuses, but you are welcome to take part in later promotions you qualify for.

Withdrawals and cancelling a bonus

Cash in your balance can be withdrawn at any time. If you request a withdrawal while a wagering requirement is unmet, the outstanding bonus and the winnings produced by it are forfeited; the cashier tells you this before the withdrawal is confirmed. You can also cancel an active bonus yourself in the bonus section of your account, or ask our support team to cancel it for you.

Fair Use, Changes and Where to Get Help

Promotions are offered for normal play. We may withhold or remove a bonus and any winnings from it, and restrict or close an account, where we find any of the following.

• More than one account is held by the same person, household or address, whether or not each account has claimed an offer.
• Stakes have been placed above the permitted maximum while a bonus was active, or play has taken place on games the offer excludes.
• The pattern of play is low-risk or offsetting, for example covering most or all outcomes of a game round so that the result is largely fixed.
• Registration details are inaccurate, a payment method is not held in your own name, or software has been used to automate or assist play.
• An offer has been claimed by someone who is not eligible for it, or a promotional code has been used in a way it was not intended for.

Where this happens we look into the activity, explain our decision and return any part of a qualifying deposit that has not been staked, unless we are prevented from doing so. If you disagree with a decision, you can raise it with us through our complaints process.

Changes to promotions

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms in place when you claimed it continue to apply to that bonus. Obvious errors in the way an offer is published or credited may be corrected.

A bonus should never be a reason to spend more than you planned.
