Betting and Game Rules

These rules explain how bets, spins and live rounds are placed and settled at Lordping Casino, and what happens if a game or your connection is interrupted. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, the bonus terms of any offer you hold, and the rules built into each individual game.

General rules that apply to all play

These betting and game rules form part of your agreement with us and apply to every game in our lobby, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game carries its own rules, those rules apply to that game in addition to the terms on this page. If there is a conflict, the rules of the individual game govern how that game plays and pays.

Play with us is for adults only. You must be 18 or over, playing on an account in your own name and funded by a payment method in your own name. We hold a gaming licence and carry out identity checks on our customers, so we may ask you for verification documents before a withdrawal is paid out.

  • One account per person. You may hold a single account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be voided, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Real money and bonus balance. Your balance may hold real money, bonus funds or both. The cashier and the game window show which balance a stake is taken from, and the order in which funds are used is set out in the bonus terms.
  • Bets are final once placed. When you confirm a stake, start a spin or commit a bet on a live table, that bet stands. We cannot cancel, change or refund a bet because of a mis-click, a change of mind or an unwanted result.
  • Stakes must be covered by your balance. A game will not accept a bet that exceeds the funds available or the stake limits shown in the game.
  • Play for yourself only. You may not play on behalf of another person, use automated software or scripts, or act together with others to influence a result.

Stay in control

You can set deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders, take a time-out or self-exclude from the safer gambling area of your account at any time. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from all British online operators at once.

How bets and spins are settled

Every round is run and recorded on the game server. The result held by the server is the result of the round and is final for settlement purposes, including the amount of any win.

The server result decides the round

What appears on your screen is a display of the round, not the round itself. If the screen, a cached page, an animation or a notification shows something different from the server record, the server record applies. We may look over the server logs for a round whenever a result is questioned, and we may correct a balance that was credited in error.

In-game rules and paytables apply

  • Each game has its own help screen, paytable and rules, reached from the information or menu button inside the game.
  • The paytable sets out winning combinations, how features trigger, how wins are calculated, and any maximum win or maximum payout per round.
  • Stake ranges, lines or ways, and the behaviour of features such as free spins, hold-and-win rounds and gamble options are described in that same help screen.
  • The theoretical return-to-player figure for each game is shown in its rules or help screen. It is a long-term average over a very large number of rounds and does not describe what a single session will return.

Results are produced by a random number generator, or in live games by the physical outcome at the table. Previous results do not affect the next round, and a game cannot be due a win.

Malfunctions and interrupted rounds

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature or a payout behaves incorrectly because of a software or hardware fault, the affected round is void, any win from it is not paid, and stakes taken for that round are returned to your balance.

  • If your connection drops mid-round, open the same game again. Most games resume at the point they were interrupted; others settle the round automatically on the server and credit any win to your balance.
  • An unfinished round may be held open for a limited period before it is settled by the server. Until it is settled, the stake and any pending win may show as unavailable in your balance.
  • Free spins, bonus rounds and other features interrupted by a disconnection continue when you reopen the game.
  • Funds credited by mistake, including a win paid in error or a duplicated round, remain our property. We may recover them from your balance or offset them against a withdrawal, and we will tell you when we do.
  • If a game is withdrawn or a table closes while a round is open, the round is settled on the server and any win is credited to your account.

Do not restart deliberately

Closing a game, refreshing the page or switching device during a round will not change a result. Attempting to interrupt play to alter a result may lead to the round being void and your account being looked into.

Playing with bonus funds

When you hold an active bonus, free spins or any other promotional balance, the terms of that offer apply to your play in addition to the rules on this page. Those terms are shown to you when you claim the offer and remain available in your account while the bonus is active.

Breaching a bonus term, such as placing a stake above the maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active, may mean the bonus and any winnings from it are removed. Your real-money balance is not affected by that removal.

Live casino and table games

Live games are dealt by a human dealer in a studio and follow the rules of the table you join. Each table has its own help screen covering the game variant, side bets, payouts and any limits that apply.

  • Betting time. Bets must be placed and confirmed within the betting window shown on screen. A bet that is not confirmed before betting closes is not accepted, and a late bet does not take part in the round.
  • Dealer and game presenter decisions. The call made at the table on the conduct of the round stands, subject to the server record and the rules of that game.
  • Misdeals and irregularities. Where a card is exposed in error, a wheel result is invalid or equipment fails, the round or the affected bet may be declared void and stakes returned.
  • Table limits and seats. Minimum and maximum stakes, side-bet limits and seat availability are shown at each table and may change between tables of the same game.
  • Studio conduct. Chat is monitored. Offensive or disruptive messages may lead to chat being disabled or access to live tables being withdrawn.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as you can so we can match your query to the server record. Write to support@casinolordping.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.

  1. The name of the game or live table.
  2. The date and time of the round, including the time zone you are using.
  3. The round or game reference shown in the game history in your account.
  4. The stake you placed and the result you expected, with a short description of what happened.

We will look into the round against our server logs and give you a written outcome. The server record is decisive. If you are not satisfied with our answer, the complaints procedure in our Terms & Conditions explains the next steps, including how to refer the matter to our alternative dispute resolution provider at no cost to you.
